Hospital Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is protected in our hospital.  We adhere to a strict doctor/patient (and owner) confidentiality policy.  At no time is any information given out about our clients or their pets without the owner's consent. 

Please help us maintain this policy by authorizing record release as needed to other vets or if a change of pet ownership occurs.

Copies of medical records must be obtained by the owner or owner specified third parties only. 

Unless specific permission is given by the owner, we will not disclose any information regarding an in-house patient; this applies to family members not listed on the patient's account, rescue groups, breeders, etc. 

If you wish to add an authorized party to your pet's account, please contact our office.
